[轉載] 面膜的正确用法♥♥♥

面膜一直被愛美的人當成是最佳急救品，對我也不例外，敷面膜除了可在最短時間內達到效果，而且一次一片、敷完就丟，不論在家或出外攜帶都非常便利，但還是會碰到同一款面膜，在不同人臉上就是會出現不同效果，究竟是敷的人錯了，還是敷錯了面膜？
其實，敷面膜還是有大大學問的喔，敷的好，效果就事半功倍，敷不好，效果就大減分了。我們在敷面膜時，肌膚會暫時與外面的環境隔開，而且肌膚的膚溫會漸漸上升，肌膚一升高，毛孔也會張開，促使面膜中的營養成分能在短短十分鐘內滲入肌膚。
因此一款面膜能對肌膚產生的功效，與它對肌膚的密著度、服貼度及面膜本身材質是否能吸附大量高濃度精華液都有密切關係。

首先，先來個面膜超級比一比吧！
目前在片狀面膜中，常見的材質大概有以下這幾種：
不織布-棉布
優點：主要材質為彈性樹脂，中短纖維棉。保水度佳，質地柔軟，很容易即可攤開面膜，又不易破裂。
缺點：因厚度較厚，服貼性不佳，敷時也較容易有變型的情況出現。
最佳敷膜Time：
潔顏後、基礎保養前。
雖然服貼性並非最好，但這類型材質的面膜保水度，所以用來當然保濕型的面膜效果不錯。
效果Plus：
此類型面膜很適合用於當然保養前導品，也就是協助後續產品被肌膚滲透的產品。在潔顏後，立即使用不織布材質面膜，可以在最短的時間內，讓肌膚的角質層充滿水分，也讓細胞與細胞間的空隙暢通無阻以利之後保養成分的滲入。

紙布型面膜
優點：主要是彈性樹脂與紙纖維的材質，價格較便宜。因是乾式型態，使用上也更為貼心，使用者可以選擇自己喜歡的化妝水或精華液來搭配。
缺點：吸水後質地還是稍嫌硬，吸水度也較差些，所以服貼性也較不足。也易有破裂情況出現。
最佳敷膜Time：
潔顏後、基礎保養前。
此類型面膜，較像是客製化面膜，也就是由使用者自行添加喜愛的保養成分，符合喜愛DIY作風人士需求。
效果Plus：
因為可自行添加喜愛的保養品，建議可當成局部解肌渴或淡斑的產品，使用時可先以純淨水(蒸餾水)將面膜稍加濕潤，然後再添加保濕或美白類等機能性的化妝水或精華液，這樣可以減少機能性產品的用量。

蠶絲布膜
優點：主要材質為彈性樹脂、短纖綿纖維，成本較不織布高。具多孔性、高親膚性，吸濕性與透氣性等優點。因此服貼度與滲透力也佳。
缺點：成本較高，因為價格也貴一些。彈性佳，很薄透，較易有撕破的情況出現。
最佳敷膜Time：
潔顏化妝水後。
這是近期我頗愛的面膜材質，主要是因為它的服貼度超好，任何臉型都能敷得服服貼貼，也不用擔心掉落或是過於緊繃的問題。
效果Plus：
此類型面膜的滲透效果佳，所以我通常會在潔顏後，先以調理性的化妝水調理肌膚，將肌膚Ph值恢復到最佳狀態，之後再敷上此類型面膜。
此類型面膜除了保濕美白效果外，還訴求具有抗老緊實優點，平時敷完面膜後可以直接再乳液、晚霜即可。

果凍式面膜
優點：似果凍原理，可以有完全密封效果。密著服貼肌膚，充份將面膜的精華導入肌膚，精華成份完成密封在面膜內，不沾手。
缺點：因過於密封，反而會造成肌膚不透氣，敷久了效果可能會打折扣。
最佳敷膜Time：
潔顏、化妝水及機能性產品後使用。
標榜在敷臉時將肌膚密封，以助營養成分百分百被肌膚吸收。
效果Plus：
將此類型的面膜疊在精華液後使用，可以讓之前塗抹的保養品成分完全導入肌膚。

生物纖維面膜
優點：天然生物衍生出的生物纖維，性質接近人體肌膚，親膚性佳，不易造成肌膚過敏，服貼性也佳。但成本算是目前面膜材質中最貴的一種。
缺點：價格貴。
最佳敷膜Time：
在潔顏化妝水後使用。
這也是一款強調完全密封式的面膜材質，而且訴求親膚性最佳，因為最易將面膜所含的保養成份在最短時間導入肌膚。
效果Plus：
使用此類型面膜時，可以搭配安瓶或精華液使用，讓面膜材質的特殊導入功能將保養成分導入肌膚發揮作用。

DIY檢測面膜吸收力的好壞？
可以準備幾張紙巾(尤其是廚房專用的那種)壘在一起，然後將欲比較之面膜敷在紙巾上面，數分鐘後將面膜拿開，觀察紙巾的滲透情況，能夠沾染最多張紙巾的就表示該面膜的滲透力及吸收力是較佳的。

為什麼敷完面膜再上其它保養品時，臉上會有屑屑出現呢？
有些面膜為了內含強化精華液的濃稠度，可能分子膠的含量高了些，這類型的面膜敷完後，若是直接就上保養品的話，殘留在臉上的分子膠就會與後上的保養品質地產品衝突而造成屑屑出現。
如果你在使用面膜時也有同樣的問題出現，在敷完面膜後，不妨用清水沖洗肌膚，然後再進行保養。或是直接以化妝棉沾化妝水擦拭肌膚，也可避免屑屑的情況出現。

Review: Za total hydration moist cleanser

Hello everybody!

ZA~ a good brand~ hehe...

Za has produced a new range of products with cute pinky packaging!

this is the whole range of products.

I wonder whether this works well to me, so I bought the za total hydration moist cleanser.

For your information, i have combination oily sensitive skin, so I shall buy the one 'fresh' but not 'moist'.
I didnt notice, so it is a mistake.


this cleanser smells good, and i like the texture as well, not too creamy~
wake up everyday with a good mood because the packaging is really nice XD

as i said just now, it is moist, so it doesnt really works well to me, maybe too nutritious, so I have to scrub my face for every 2days, which is quite often.

but dont know why, it suddenly works well on me after some time ~.~
maybe my face isnt that oily anymore?

it is not too expensive, around rm17 each, you can get it at watson or guardian, it will be even cheaper during sales! So look for the sale, lol, it is year end now, probably there is year end sales~
I have read a few reviews on this range, and I know that the energy mist is really good, from what I know, I have never tried it before.
I think I will probably buy the fresh one to try, i hope there is starter kit =.=

Review: Skinz UV white clarifying toner

This time I am going to share about toner!

I have tried the cleanser of this range before, so I have decided to give the toner a try!

I liked this toner, because it works okay on my face, my face is quite sensitive, but it doesnt cause any irritation.

However, there was one day I noticed that the first ingridient is ethanol! =.=
I bought this because it contains no paraben but only phenoxyethanol, which is a preservative as well, but I think is less harmful?
I wont buy this if I noticed there is ethanol as the first ingredient...

It has quite a strong scent, which some people may accept it and some may not~
After I realised there is ethanol, I feel that the strong scent is actually alcohol smell~~
Maybe I think too much? =.=

I do not really recommend this because of the high amount of alcohol, and it does not have fantastic effect, just a normal toner.

Review: Simple kind to skin soothing facial toner

Hmm, I shall keep this blog updated, if not I am going to forget about it over time =.=

Today I am going to do a review on SIMPLE toner! It is not that the toner is very simple, but the brand named SIMPLE, from UK.  XD

It claims that it contains vitamin goodness for naturally healthy skin! It contains 1 vital vitamin and 3 skin loving nutrients~ and 100% alcohol free! I know this is important for some people who are sensitive towards alcohol. It also says that it is suitable for sensitive skin and it is dermatologically tested, which may they won't irritate skin. This is proven as my skin is sensitive, and I feel good using it as it doesn't bring any cons to me, while it cleans my skin for the second time after washing my face. However, it does not really moisturise and brighten up my face.

I have been using this for quite some time, several bottles until recently I have decided not to buy it again. Why? This is because it contains paraben, so I don't like it. Paraben is a preservative, and there are totally 5 paraben series of preservatives, so I have decided to stop using it. Feel lik my skin is being preserved. == The thing is I still have another new bottle with me...

If you do not really mind about the ingredients, you may give it a try...
It is quite cheap for me, around Rm 17 for 200ml, there may be promotion in watson which costs around 28 for 2 bottles. So it is quite sad that I cant use it anymore, have to search more another good one, perhaps not expensive one, I am just a student though...
